Return & Exchange Policy

At Caszkins Clothing Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✅ Returned within 15 days of delivery.
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, odors, or damages).
✅ Tags attached and in original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-returnable items:
❌ Gift cards
❌ Final sale or clearance items
❌ Underwear, swimwear, or personalized items (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Email us at info@caszkins.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide you with a return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us using your preferred shipping method.
🚨 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email info@caszkins.com within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
6. Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you can choose store credit for faster processing.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
