1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. - International Shipping: Customs fees and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carriers website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@caszkins.com within 5-7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify an order once it has been shipped.
